    We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google pay.

  • My voucher is not working – what should I do?

    Please send an email to info@mynaturalwine.co.uk and we will back to you in 48hrs.

  • Where can I use my voucher?

    To use your discount code online, on the trolley page, enter the discount code into the “do you have a promo code?” section and click UPDATE.

  • How do I place a product review?

    Reviewing wines is a great way to share your thoughts on the product with others. Simply log into your account, go to any page of the bottle you want reviewing and click "Leave A Review".

  • How do substitutions work?

    We're happy to offer replacements of the same value or higher. We'll keep you updated on any shortages and propose an alternative wine for your tasting session!

  • How can I cancel or amend an order?

    For next-day delivery, we start preparing your order within minutes. As such, we can’t make any changes to an order once it’s placed. This includes changing address, adding or removing items, or canceling the order.

    For our standard delivery, it may be possible to amend or cancel your order. Please email us at info@mynaturalwine.co.uk and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

  • Some of the wines tastes funky!??

    If you are new to Natural Wine sometimes you will find weird and funky notes on your bottles. No Panic! We love defects! Do not be scared and train your palate (we are here to help you so please get in touch with us if you are not happy with your choice). Most of our wines are from small, artisan wineries and pure expression of the terroir, so it is important to learn to take the wine as it is.

    If you think is faulty, for example, it's corky or turned into vinegar please don’t hesitate to be in touch with us and we will fix the problem in 48hrs.

  • Issues, Returns and Refunds

  • I would like to return some of the wine I have bought, is this possible?

    Of course. Our return policy means you can return any unopened bottle for a full refund but you need to pay the postage costs.

    What if you opened something and simply didn’t enjoy it? Wine is a luxury, and we’d never want you to pay for a bottle that wasn’t fully up to scratch. Whether it’s faulty, or just not to your taste – No questions asked.

    We're versatile and we can deliver right to the event! All you have to do is let us know who will be receiving our goods, along with their contact information.
